Buying a house is one of life's biggest decisions. Before you close, you'll want a professional inspection of the house to ascertain its true condition. As your home inspector, I will do a detailed evaluation of the property that takes a minimum of 2.5 - 5 hours depending on the size of the home. I go over areas in the home twice to ensure a complete check. I will then provide you a detailed report that includes pictures within 24 hours(or sooner if needed). My 400 + item home inspection check list includes:
Structural Systems- foundation, grading and drainage, roof covering, roof structure and attic, interior and exterior walls, ceilings and floors, doors, windows, fireplace, chimney, porches, decks and carports
Electrical Systems- service entrance, service panels, branch circuits, connected devices and fixtures
Mechanical Systems- heating equipment, cooling equipment, ducts and vents, appliances
Plumbing Systems- water supply system and fixtures, drains, waste, and vents, water heating equipment, hydrotherapy equipment, septic systems, water wells
